STANDARD DELIVERY (3 to 9 Business Days)
This is not same day delivery. Same day delivery must be Local Delivery and selecting the city you'd like to ship to.
Free standard delivery on all orders over $99 across Canada
$9 flat rate on orders under $99 across Canada
Orders are processed in 1 to 4 business days and delivered 3 to 9 business days after processing. Orders are shipped by Canada Post and Chit Chats. You can track your Canada Post shipments here and track your Chit Chats shipments here.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY (1 to 7 Business Days)
$15 flat rate for expedited delivery across Canada
Orders are processed in 1 business day and delivered 1 to 7 business days after processing. Orders are shipped by Canada Post. You can track your Canada Post shipments here.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (1 to 3 Business Days)
$15 flat rate for express delivery for BC, AB, SK & MB
$30 flat rate for express delivery for all other provinces & territories

LOCAL DELIVERY (Same or Next Business Day)
Get same or next business day shipping Monday through Friday with Local Delivery.
Edmonton free for orders over $99 and $9 for orders under $99
Sherwood Park and St. Albert flat rate $15
Beaumont, Leduc & Nisku flat rate $15
Spruce Grove and Stony Plain flat rate $25
Calgary flat rate $15
Red Deer flat rate $20
Monday to Friday only. Orders are processed on the same day they are received and shipped on the same or next business day Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
Currently, there is no tracking for same or next business day deliveries. All delivery fees are non-refundable.
IN STORE PICK UP

Online orders with in store selected take 1 to 2 business days to be processed. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please show The Fourth staff your confirmation email when you arrive.
Our store hours are Monday - Friday 10AM to 9PM, Saturday 10AM to 7PM and Sunday 11AM to 6PM. Our holiday hours follow Southgate Centre hours.
IN STORE EXCLUSIVES
In Store Exclusives cannot be shipped due to the high cost of shipping and are only available for in store pickup as noted in their product description. In store exclusives purchased will be refunded onto your original form of payment.
QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY
A business day is Monday to Friday. All delivery fees are non-refundable. We do not deliver outside of Canada at this time.

THE FOURTH CLOTHING (IN STORE PURCHASE)
Items with The Fourth tag (shown below) are eligible for return and exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase to return for store credit only.
The item(s) must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. The item(s) must be returned with the tags & packaging in their original condition. They must be in perfect condition with no makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any kind, animal hair, perfume or cigarette smells.
The Fourth reserves the right, at our discretion, to deny an exchange or return if requirements are not met or are beyond the period of 14 days after receiving your order. Final sales are as noted, no exceptions.
Store credit will be sent to the email which the purchase was made. If you would like the store credit sent to a different email, please notify our staff.
THE FOURTH CLOTHING (ONLINE ORDER)
Items with The Fourth tag (shown below) are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of receiving your online order to return for store credit only.
All exchanges for online orders will be processed as returns.
Item(s) must be received within 30 days of purchase. We recommend you insure the package with the value of the item(s) enclosed. Item(s) that do not meet our requirements will be sent back to you at your cost. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Once received, your return will be processed and you will receive your return on store credit.
