DELIVERY

All online orders made between January 26 to February 17 will be shipped starting February 18, 2026. Please note orders may ship earlier than February 18 depending on the time it takes to complete our transition to online only. Thank you for your patience!

STANDARD DELIVERY (3 to 9 Business Days)

Free standard delivery on all orders over $99 across Canada

$9 flat rate on orders under $99 across Canada

Orders are processed in 1 to 4 business days and delivered 3 to 9 business days after processing. Orders are shipped by Canada Post (mail box) and Chit Chats (porch delivery). You can track your Canada Post shipments here and track your Chit Chats shipments here.

A business day is Monday to Friday. All delivery fees are non-refundable. We do not deliver outside of Canada at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Please understand we are a small, local business. All purchases made before December 24, 2026 have 14 days return and exchange. All purchases made December 24, 2026 to January 31, 2026 are final sale, no exceptions.

ALL LOCAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE

To support our local business owners, all products from local businesses are final sale and noted in their product descriptions. Thank you for your local love and understanding!

THE FOURTH CLOTHING

Items with The Fourth tag (shown below) are eligible for return 14 days after receiving your purchase for store credit only.

All exchanges will be processed as returns.

The item(s) must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. The item(s) must be returned with the tags & packaging in their original condition. They must be in perfect condition with no makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any kind, animal hair, perfume or cigarette smells.

The Fourth reserves the right, at our discretion, to deny an exchange or return  if requirements are not met or are beyond the period of 14 days after receiving your order. Final sales are as noted, no exceptions.

Item(s) must be received within 30 days of purchase. We recommend you insure the package with the value of the item(s) enclosed. Item(s) that do not meet our requirements will be sent back to you at your cost. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Once received, your return will be processed and you will receive your return on store credit.

Store credit will be sent to the email which the purchase was made. If you would like the store credit sent to a different email, please email hello@the-fourth.ca
