DELIVERY IN CANADA
Free delivery on all orders over $99 across Canada.
$9 flat rate on orders under $99 across Canada.
We do not deliver outside of Canada at this time.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders take 1 to 4 business days to be processed.
Orders shipped through Canada Post will be delivered 1 to 6 business days after processing.
Orders shipped through Chit Chats will be delivered 6 to 12 business days after processing.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking number.
We are currently shipping with Canada Post and Chit Chats.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?
A business day is Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
DO YOU SHIP IN STORE EXCLUSIVES?
Certain products in our shop cannot be shipped due to the high cost of shipping. In Store Exclusives cannot be shipped and are only available for in store pickup as noted in their product description.
In store exclusives will be refunded to your original form of payment or you will be offered an option to pay for the additional cost of shipping for your order.

IN STORE PICK UP
Free pick up from The Fourth on the second floor of Southgate Centre (in the former Blu's space). Click here to find our store.
Online orders with in store picked take 1 to 2 business days for orders to be processed. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please show The Fourth staff your confirmation email when you arrive.

Monday - Friday 10AM to 9PM
Saturday 10AM to 7PM
Sunday 11AM to 6PM
Holiday hours follow Southgate Centre hours
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All local products are final sale and will not be exchanged or refunded.
Clothing purchases with The Fourth tag made from November 1 to December 24, 2024 can be exchanged and/or refunded for store credit until January 8, 2025. Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached.
BLACK FRIDAY & BOXING DAY
Purchases made on Black Friday and Boxing Day will be final sale and will not be exchanged or refunded. We will not be doing exchanges, returns or price adjustments on Black Friday and Boxing Day.
SHOP LOCAL
To support our local business owners, all products from local businesses are final sale. Thank you for your local love and understanding!
THE FOURTH CLOTHING
Items with The Fourth tag (shown below) are eligible for return and exchange for store credit only.
IN STORE PURCHASE
You have 14 days from date of purchase to exchange and/or return for store credit only.
Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. The Fourth reserves the right, at our discretion, to deny an exchange or return if requirements are not met or are beyond the period of 14 days after receiving your order.
Final sales are as noted, no exceptions.
ONLINE PURCHASE
You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us to exchange and/or return for store credit only.
Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. The Fourth reserves the right, at our discretion, to deny an exchange or return if requirements are not met or are beyond the period of 14 days after receiving your order. Item(s) that do not meet our requirements will be sent back to you at your cost.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Final sales are as noted, no exceptions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Item(s) must be received within 30 days of purchase. Once received, please allow 5 - 10 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Returns will be on store credit only.

We recommend you insure the package with the value of the item(s) enclosed.
