2 in 1 Magic Eyeliner/Eyelash Glue Pen

This eyeliner pen works with any faux mink lash! The pigment in this liner is amazing as well. Compared to lash glue which needs 15-20 seconds to dry, this 2-in-1 pen dries quickly in about 3 seconds. This eyeliner is waterproof and oil resistant.

1. Remember to shake the eyeliner well before use.
2. Draw the desired line for your eyeliner
3. Ensure that your lashes are cut and fitted to your eyes
4. Apply the lash before the eyeliner gets dry, which is about 3 seconds
5. Press the band gently for a good fit.
