Directions for use:

1. Slide on the pregnancy band over your hips and belly.

2. Grasp the opposite arm of the elastic in each hand so the elastic arms are crossed over one another in front of your belly.

3. Bring both arms under the belly with an upward lift and then secure the two arms on the back.

4. If the top of the band is loose, you can fold it down. Your belly will grow into this space.
