Made with liquid gel for long-lasting relief, each pack features a full-coverage teardrop shape that contours comfortably to the breast, delivering targeted relief where it matters most. The soft polyester cover adds an extra layer of comfort against sensitive skin, making these breast therapy packs gentle enough for continuous use throughout the day.

Hot Relief: INCREASES MILK FLOW + LETDOWN Warm the pack in 10-second intervals until it reaches your preferred temperature. Do not exceed a total heating time of 70 seconds. Apply the pack to your breast and use it for 15-minute intervals before nursing or pumping.
Cold Relief: ALLEVIATES PAIN + SWELLING FROM ENGORGEMENT + CLOGGED DUCTS
Cool in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Place the pack on your breast, targeting the painful area, and use in 15 minute intervals until pain is reduced.
