Cindy's Story
I love all things kawaii, especially my two boys, and making memories with my family, whether it's at the local playgrounds or adventuring to a far off country.
Crocheting amigurumi (translated to “yarn toys”) is a cross between my passions for kawaii stuffies, crafts and all things Japanese. It's such a joy to create cute critters that bring a smile to your face!
What inspired you to start?
What started this shop is similar to how my husband and my relationship first blossomed: our mutual love for stuffies and all things Japanese. So naturally, creating amigurumi translated to a crochet or knitted stuffed toy, was an instant love from the start. Needless to say, my husband has been the first and most frequent recipient of my many creations and now acts as an advisor of sorts with me periodically asking "Andy, is this cute?" and awaiting his nod of approval.
What are your favourite products or best sellers?
Crochet Dim Sum Toys - These yummy cuties are dearest to me because they were the first products I marketed, and people's reception to them always warm my hearts. It represents my Chinese heritage and brings cuteness to a beloved and fun food.
