Start by washing your hands. Peel off the protective backing from the hydrogel pad and gently place the cool, soothing gel side directly over your clean + dry nipple and areola. Before breastfeeding, simply remove the pad, then reapply after baby finishes feeding.
For an extra chill, pop the pads in the fridge before use.
