Soothing Nursing Gel Packs

Soothing for nursing and pumping moms. Soft, smooth, and flexible ice/heat packs provide relief from the aches, pains, and tenderness associated with breastfeeding. Plus, the covers are removable and machine washable – perfect for leaks! Fits any breast size or shape. Includes 2 (8.5” diameter) gel packs and 2 covers (1 pair).

Warm: Use before massaging breasts to encourage milk drainage; can help increase milk flow during nursing and pumping sessions; can help decrease pain caused by vasospasm. Warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (1-2 times)

Cold: Can help relieve pain related to engorgement, clogged ducts, and mastitis. Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes

WARNING: Overheating can cause burning and serious injury. Never place gel pack directly on skin as this can cause burning or freezing of the skin. Do not use if punctured.

• Cover: 100% polyester
• Gel Pack Interior: 70% water, 25% glycerinum, 4% CMC, 1% antiseptic substance; Exterior: polyester, PVC

• Covers: Remove gel pack. Spot clean cover or machine wash cold, gentle. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low, gentle. Do not bleach or iron.
• Gel Packs: Do not machine wash. Rinse in cold water. Use mild soap as needed. Air dry completely before use.
